problem with i68g

Hi I own an i68g and when I launch netflix the system tells me there is an updated version, but when I try to update netflix I am told that my system is not compatible with this new version.   
  Can you please tell me how to fix this problem?
Also, before this difficulty, when I looked at the netflix the voice came reproduced not in sync with the video
  The firmware has been updated to the latest available version via ota

I attach the information I see regarding the device. I also attach the serial number of the product. As I said, you can not upgrade the version of Netflix, but the most important problem is that watching any Netflix content the audio is not aligned with the video (audio is delayed). With multimedia content (using the preinstalled code version that is not the latest available) the audio is aligned.
