USB driver problem with Windows 10 64bit

Dear Beelink
I just got Beelink SEA 1 -2/16Gb version - but it came with 101MO firmware and it not stable - often self reboot.
So I need to update firmware with lasted release, I try with the tutorial but not success, I stuck with my windows don't install realtek USB driver correctly.
When I plug in A-to-A USB-3 cable with my computer it show like "USB driver error with reset function.." or some things similar-with exclamation sign.
I search with google it look like my windows does not install realtek USB driver correctly. So I need help to install my USB driver.
My computer is windows 10 with 64bit version.
- And also I need the Key to update my firmware too, Please send via my email address.

*I try to update with OTA function but it not work when I click check for new firmware it alway show "you firmware is lasted version" !!!

I choose EMMC_16G
and DDR4_2G

*mybox is version RAM 2Gb/Rom 16Gb.

**I will try with your new key and let you know it successful or not.

I try with the new files that you sent to me via email, It does not success to update firmware,
It still show the same error message.

**I change to another computer that run windows 7-64bit version and also it still show the same error message.

Select these options and flash
To update the firmware you don't need a key

Your computer does not see the tvbox. I also have windows 10 and I had to reinstall the usb drivers because the device is not determined by the system. What do you see in device Manager? Should be like the screenshot: (Sorry for my English)

How can I update my windows 10-64bit driver.
My windows 10 said driver error (usb reset function)
