hello dear , i should know the number which is marked on the bottom of GT1 , (A912/S912/G912),
about he instructions on  updating , you can have a try according to this :

About the SD update , some tips as follows :
1) Format your SD card into FAT32 style ;
2)Copy three files like that(factory_update_param.aml q201_9377-ota-20170503.zip recovery.img) to your SD card (needen't to set a new file to contain these files , it will ruin your plan )
3) Insert your SD card into the SD slot ;
4)Long press and hold on the resort button (a small hole in the butom of the product's back) while connectting the power;
5)Waiting for the root scene where a robot will appear in the screen , the reboot scene is a sign that you have finished the updating !
