OK..Opinion of box after about a weeks us..

Its g0t some issues that need to be ironed out.
1) The darkness of the videos Is a issue.Read about that in forum.That should be fixed.A device that is suppose to be a media player and it cant get that right or any way to adjust it.
2)WIFI.I dont use WIFI because IM close to my router and am wired.I have WIFI disabled.When it starts up that spinning icon jsut spins for ever until I manually type city name in.But it doesnt remember it.Each time I reboot it just keeps spinning.
3) Has to do with WIFI to.If I download a game that needs to go online It wont work because Its looking for WIFI connection and not using my ethernet connection.
4)The fact on just about every video review It shows 2.2GHZ and cpu speed but its actually 1.5GHZ.

Its a alrighr box.Just those minor issues need to be taken care of.I mean come on.The thin should now If your coonected by WIFI or Ethernet and handle it correctly.Nit picking but some services that are installed seem like they dont need to be there.Phone??Why do you need 3 phone services running at start up when it doesnt have a phone??
Like I said theres not a list a mile long just a few that need to be fixed.

Don't waste your time - get the Super Celeron ROM which fixes all of those issues...

I have two boxes running the V5 and they are excellent!

Hello,

My question is: is it possible to recover the configuration as before ?

I made a backup with Titanium, but I do not know if it will put bad elements in Celeron.
Can I at least keep and retrieve the configuration of the applications or do I have to restart the configuration from the start ?

I'm ready to go on Super Celeron.
I really saw enough this company that is only rebranding without any support on our GT1.
In the future I would look more like boxes of this kind, when I think I wanted to buy a Nvidia shield! I should have.

Go to freak tab dot com search for beelink GT1 the A912 firmware is on a separate thread which is not sticky...
