Unfortunately, System UI has stopped - error

When I start up our Beelink Mini MX III I gete the following error: Unfortunatly, Google play services has stopped, which is then followed by: Unfortunately, System UI has stopped.

There are many websites and videos on the internet on how to fix this problem on an Andriod smart phone but these solutions only work if you can access the apps on the phone. With the Beelink Mini MX III, when this error message occurs the device in unaccessable and therefore none of the solutions are usable.

All of the websites that I have found so far state that this error is caused by a Google update that is either incompatible with the operating system of the device or a Google update that was corrupted during its download.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
