reinstalling windows

Bonjour i bought ser  8 8845hs las t week and audio was not working> tried everthing stated in forum changing cables reseting cmos etc uinstal drives reinstall nothing worked. also windows update 24h2 was failing so decided to resintall windows. It got downloaded from web and restarted but ever since its stucked on boot just loops on the boot process. So i downloaded frimr file from beelink for 8845 and not its not gettting copied to ntfs drive. taking eternity and files are corrupted any idea why ?
