SER8 - Very low sound/audio until full computer restart

I have the SER8 8845HS. We have speakers connected to the 3.5mm audio port. The speaks work at normal volume, however after a while, especially after sleep mode - the speaker volume is extremely extremely low. This is then fixed by doing a full computer restart.

I have already installed the latest realtek driver from your website (v 9702), but the issue is still the same.

I have also tried the front and back audio ports, they are doing the same issue.
