New ERQ6 with upgraded NVMe

I purchased a new ERQ6 and would like to replace the existing Crucial 500 GB NVMe with a 1 TB NVMe, and add an additional 1 TB NVMe in RAID1.  How can I replace the NVMe (as when I did it boots to Shell> and I can't seem to get that to work, so I replaced the NVMe with the original).  Can you please send me the link to reinstall the base image and update the BIOS (currently running American Megatrends FP7T107 dated 7/22/2024 at 14:49:39, SN Y69004KF30802)?  It's a brand new ERQ6 that I'm quite pleased with thus far.  Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  TY!
