GT King PRO remote not working, no green light

What the title says. I have the GT King PRO Wifi 6 version, which includes an "Air-W" remote with no USB dongle (the IR receiver is inside the GT King PRO, or so it seems).

The remote stopped working all of a sudden. I tried different batteries, nothing. One moment was working then it stopped without any reason, or any hit. The green light won't work. It's like the remote is dead. This is not a pairing issue, the remote is just not working at all.

Is there a reset mode of the remote? Where can I find a replacement for this exact model?

Inside your box there is a manual for BT IR fly mouse...
Did you check it?
But i don't think there is a reset method for this Air mouse !
Did you test it with brand new batteries ?
Did you put the batteries in the same position?
Both + poles must look up!
Anyway...as far as i know there is not an original replacment for that Air mouse !
If you are lucky maybe you will find a used one!
Although there are some similar Air mouses with usb stick but the power on button must be programmed to open the tv box !

Thanks for your interest, but yes I checked the manual, I tried new batteries, and yes, both up, I know how they go. Thanks anyway.

You did not mention what you did and i thought to remind you some things!
So ... you can always give it to a technician to open it and check and see if can find something...!

I contacted beelink and they sent me a new one, for 15 bucks.
