N100 No signal

Hello.

I am using Beelink MiniS 12 Intel Alder Lake N100 Mini PC.

When booting, the monitor says no signal and the screen does not appear.

However, if I unplug the power cord and reconnect it after 1 minute and boot, the monitor works fine.

When I test by connecting the monitor to another laptop, this symptom does not occur.

I tried changing the HDMI cable and cleaning the RAM and SDD, but it did not work.

I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to solve it.

hello, pls try to change a power supply to see if that could work.
Pls use memtest to test the ram and diskgeniues to test the ssd and then see if there are something wrong with them.
Or if you have spare ssd and ram, then pls swap the old one out and then see if that could work, if nothing works, pls contact our after-sales email: support-pc@bee-link.com Have a nice day!
