SER5 Pro 5700 prompting for defaultuser0 when turned on for the first time

Hi, I’m setting up my box that just arrived, but it’s asking for the password for defaultuser0.
So I can’t boot it at all.
Can you send me a link for the image file and bios files (and win11 pro key just in case I need it) please so I can reimage the ssd.
I’ve attached the serial number and bios pictures.
