I connected the portable monitor to the USB4 port on the back of the ser8 and it says there is no signal. It works when I connect additional power to the monitor, but when the monitor goes back to sleep mode, there is no signal again, so I can't use it. On the other hand, on the other pc, I could have used it right away as long as I only connected to the c port, but I don't know what the problem is. The monitor product is asm-160qcc. |
