I have a SER 5600H that was purchased about a year and a half ago.   it's always been a little flaky-spontaneous reboots, not detecting the nvme hard drive unless I cold reboot it.

Now it freezes or spontaneously reboots consistently within 2-3 minutes of booting up inside Windows 11.   Have tried a fresh, reinstalled install of Windows and Mint Linux.  I removed the thermal paste on the cpu and reapplied it.

But when I run a memtest outside of windows using memtest86 bootable iso, it passes several cycles successfully for 4 or more hours so power adapter/brick seems to be good.

updated the bios to latest on website v1.16

has anyone experienced issues like this?

thanks in advance

Hello there,

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record. Here are some potential solutions:
1、Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

2、Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Go to control panel ---power option---change to High performance--- change plan setting---advanced setting ---processor power management--- change both 100% to 99% , click save.

3、Update graphics driver:  Please uninstall the graphic driver in the device manager and install the new one. Here is the driver source :[https://dr.bee-link.cn/index.php?dir=](https://dr.bee-link.cn/index.php?dir=) , click the item model , then you can find the related driver.

Have a nice day!

thanks for your reply.

I was not sure if it would work but changing the power settings as suggested seems to have fixed my issue.  computer has been running for over a day for normal activity.  I did try a Prime95 torture test and it failed after 2 runs though.

what is the reason for this turbo boost feature to be causing issues?  Is this an AMD bug or a Bee-link issue?  My company owns abut 20 Bee-link units but have not had to change this setting on any of them.  the 5600H was one of the older ones we acquired though.
