Good evening. I purchase a Beelink SEI12 Mini PC Intel Core i5 Processors i5-12450H on 06-16-2024. I rarely use the Blu-Ray drive (LG WH16NS60), but I just realized mine is not working.
Below is a screenshot of my device manager. I can also e-mail my receipt if you need it.
May you please help me correct this issue? I assume it has something to do with the three unrecognized devices in device manager (PCI Device, SM Bus Controller, and Unknown Device).
Can you send me links to drivers for these devices? What else can I do to get these Blu-Ray drives working?
