BIOS and Windows

I'm still not sure what took my PC out, but I think I lost the M.2 NMVE. I bought a new one. The power button doesn't work when the new drive is installed. I'm guessing it's trying to boot from there but theres nothing on it. I need to create a bootable usb. I'm also thinking my BIOS might be out of date and causing issues. BIOS Version is JTKT001 x64

Do you want to try to upgrade the bios？Can you provide a picture of the main page of the bios? We can confirm whether there is a bios update available.
