Help no Wifi or BT

Hello,

all of a sudden i don't have wifi connectivity or BT, on my SER5 Pro.
i tried uninstalling the driver from the device manager and scanning for hardware, but it could not detect anything,

I can only connect via ethernet cable

Help.

1.you can try to clear the cmos: First,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
