ser 6 mini pc

hello.  I bought a ser6 mini pc recently.  My questoin is in regard to the USB C port IN FRONT of the computer.  Not the USB 4 in the back.  


Does this USB C port support display out?  I try to plug it into my monitor and there is no display.  the USB 4 in the back SUPPORTS display/video.
