I have a new SER 6 system with Win 11 pro preinstalled.

In the manual it claims that in order to setup the machines Windows with a LOCAL account that all I have to do is disable the Wi-Fi adapter. However, there is no instruction on just HOW to disable it. I've started the machine and am at the screen wanting to connect to The Internet in order to proceed with setup.

How can I do this without having to create a Microsoft Account?

I found the answer, so for anyone else here it is.

From the Connect to The Internet screen press Shift-F10 to open a Command Prompt window. Then type in OOBE\BYPASSNRO <enter>

The system will restart the setup process but when you get to the connection window you will have the option of continuing without a Microsoft Account.
