server 2003 on modern beelink mini pc?

I like beelink mini computers, have one with Win 11.
I want another one to run server 2003, on which I'm going to run virtual machines under vmware.
Is it posible on modern beelink mini pc?

You can install the server, but some of the drivers might not be installed on it.
