EQ12 CPU fan won't start

Hello,

i purchased an EQ12 N100 Mini PC last year and it was working flawless until now.
The CPU and System temperatures are increasing extremly fast after booting and the BIOS shows CPU fan spee "na". This matches the CPU Fan actually not spinning.

Is there a way to get a replacement PC or at least fan?
