Is the 64bit BIOS compatible with the 32Bit Windows operating system?

what is the proper way to downgrade from the 64bit back to the 32bit bios?

One must pay attention to flash all 8 mb not only 4 mb, right?
I think efishell is the way to go, but how?

@King just posted two new bios files in the Z83 forum. As the Z83 and BT3 are the same, the bios files are compatible.
Did anyone try those files and get them working?
