Mini S S12 Pro reboot problem

Hi I have a Mini S (S12 Pro) that does not reboot correctly. In windows you select reboot and it shuts down, the screen goes blank, and the blue power light remains on. PC never reboots.

You have to press the power button to get the light to go off, and then press the power again to get it to power back up.

I unboxed another of the same model from my order and it does not have this issue. Did I get a defective machine?
