EQ13V108 and EQ13D403 are two different versions of BIOS, and they cannot be updated to each other. They are both the original BIOS, and there is no release notes.

I asked our relevant staff about your question. Because it is a different code, it is a different version of BIOS.

Yes, because they are all initial versions of biOS, not updated bios, and there are no release notes
