Hello! I bought Beelink Mini S12 Pro, turned it on for the first time, connected to my network (wi-fi), and after checking Windows updates, a window "Setting up a workplace or educational institution" appears asking me to go to some Phoenix and enter an account with an email ending in *.coop18.net. Of course, I don't have this, I turn off the router, reboot the system, it asks again to connect to the network and again Phoenix asks me to enter my account data. How do I log in and create my Windows account?

Hi  there,

Please reset the PC.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair
See if Windows startup can repair itself

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore
Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

If you do not have a Restore Point, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart
Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode
Once in Safe Mode, backup your data if you do not already have a backup
Open Device Manager and check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date
Reboot to see if Windows will start Normally

If the above fails, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC
Choose  to keep nothing or remove everything.
Then start the Reset

Just in case anyone has the same problem. If a window appears asking you to enter your account data from Phoenix (or similar), press Shift-F10. After the CMD window appears, press Win + X, and a taskbar will appear at the bottom, where you can launch the Task Manager by right-clicking. Kill the Microsoft Account process and you will begin the initial installation of the system parameters again. And God you can enter a normal Microsoft account. At least that's what happened to me.

Hi there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?
Please reset the PC.
Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Open Device Manager and check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date
Reboot to see if Windows will start Normally

If the above fails, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC
Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing
Then start the Reset

This is what I did in this situation and it helped me. I hope it helps you too.

If a window appears asking you to enter your account data from Phoenix (or similar):

- Press Shift-F10.
- After the CMD window appears, press Win + X, and a taskbar will appear at the bottom, where you can launch the Task Manager by right-clicking.
- Kill the Microsoft Account process and you will begin the initial installation of the system parameters again.

You can enter a normal Microsoft account (not a Phoenix or similar).
