I have a Mini PC SER5 AMD Ryzen 5 5560u 16Gb RAM, 512Gb SSD.
Windows 11 has been updated to version 23H2, build 22631.3958 (July 2024)
After the Windows update, the disk temperature is normal - from 36℃ to 52℃ (under load), which is what it was before the Windows update.
But after the update, when I try to open Radeon Software from the taskbar, I get the following message:
"The software version and driver version are different, you need to update the software and drivers."
Downloaded from the official AMD website and installed the program AMD Software Adrenalin from 07/18/2024:
amd-software-adrenalin-edition-24.7.1-minimalsetup-240718.exe (I did not install any additional drivers before, I did not install AMD Adrenalin)
The program installed and installed its drivers.
But now the temperature of the SSD disk increased during idle time from 36℃ to 46℃, and when checking with antivirus from 52℃ to 68℃ (measurements were carried out by the AIDA64 program).
Questions:
1. Is it possible to install a new version of AMD Software Adrenalin on this mini-PC or should I use the drivers and the Adrenalin program that are on the disk in the AMD and Drivers catalog?
2. Which driver and which version should I replace with so that the temperatures return to the previous values that were BEFORE installing AMD Software Adrenalin?
Thanks in advance everyone for your help!
