Hi everyone, my Ser5 works just fine but i got two issues:

1. when i plug an external SSD on the usb-c port, it wont load, the pc recognizes it but it wont load it. i`ve been looking for drivers and even reinstalled windows 11 pro, no luck at all. (SSD is a G-40 pro Sandisk)

2. when a plug a plotter cutter in any usb port, the screen gets some kind of interference, what. can i do?

Thank you in advance!

Hello there,
1.what kind of SSD did you use?could you send  us a picture or link to us for checking?
2.first,you can try to clear the cmos: First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
second:you can try to update the graphic driver, this is the driver file:https://url.bee-link.cn/SzSO
