EQ12 2nd Nic stopped working

Hello All,


I have an EQ12 and I used it for PFsense. Everything worked fine for a month, just in time for return on amazon to end. Then all the sudden one of the NIC cards stopped working. It will not light up during POST or anytime. I seen instructions to reset the machine with the pinhole on the front. I unplugged the power, unplugged the hdmi, pressed the button for 10 sec, then waited for 30 minutes. Powered on the device and it still did not activate the 2nd NIC.

I proceeded to install windows 11 back on the machine to see it was an issue with pfsense. Upon installing win11, the install does not recognize the nic cards, no drivers installed or something upon win11 setup.

Is there any resolution for both situations? At this point, its not usable at all.

Update, I found the drivers discussion in these forums, i loaded those on a usb drive during win11 installation, NIC0 is working NIC1 is still not working.

Where in the world is the page to contact about getting this repaired?

you already contacted us by email?right? Please try the suggestions we gave you. If the driver doesn't work, we can replace it with a new one.
