I turned on the Mini S one morning, it started fine. It cam up with the log in page, then I didn’t touch it. I came back after 5 mins and it had turned off.  (The unit is 17 months old. I use it every work day). The room was cold i.e. about 15C.

I started it again.  It showed the boot screen, Beelink etc.  But then it did not boot up and I got a black screen.

I tried turning it on several times, but it never displays anything at all.

I have a second identical Mini S. I took the windows SSD and the RAM out of the “not working unit” and put it in the spare Mini S and it is working fine.

This is using the same monitor and HDMI cable and 12V plug pack and same mouse and keyboard.  So I guess the fault is the hardware inside the “not working mini S unit”.

Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
