So I’ve been having an annoying issue where after my computer goes to sleep for a while, when I wake it back up the ethernet will have disconnected and the ethernet driver has become disabled. I am forced to do a restart in order to get back online, as the normal way to reset the driver either takes forever to fix, or just never finishes. Most of the time a quick restart isn’t that big a deal, but there’s been a couple times that it wasn’t ideal to have to restart the machine just to get my ethernet enabled again, especially since I’ve never disabled it to begin with. This issue happens relatively often. Are there any fixes for this? Thanks

Hello there,

It is recommended that you update the BIOS to solve this problem.

Please contact our after-sales mailbox: support-pc@bee-link.com

When sending the email, please describe the problem of your machine and provide the SN picture at the bottom of your machine, the picture of the BIOS main screen, and the screenshot of the Ethernet card model in the device manager.

We will provide you with the appropriate BIOS file to solve the problem.

Have a nice day!
