Since I bought it and set it up, I had to reconnect it several times because it wouldn't turn on.

Today, it suddenly turned off while I was using it, and I couldn't get it to turn on no matter how many times I tried. I checked it with a multimeter and it seems like the power supply is broken.

I just bought it a few days ago. What should I do?

I believe this was answered in this thread - https://forum.bee-link.com/forum ... 87918&extra=&page=2

You can power it via the USB 4 port, but since USB 4 is limited to 100W, you must set your BIOS to 54W TDP. Otherwise, the magnetic power supply is proprietary (and you must use the magnetic power supply for the full 65W TDP) so it would have to be purchased through Beelink.

Hello there,

Since your machine is 零刻, it is recommended that you find your machine seller and buy a new power adapter.

Have a nice day!
