I have recently purchased a Beelink SER5 with an AMD Ryzen 5 5500U.
When I plug any flash drive or external hard drive into the front or rear USB port, the mouse and keyboard stop working, the system shows a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), and then restarts itself. I have tried everything Beelink support told me to do.

It seems like a power or grounding issue to me.

When I touch the USB port with my finger, the system shuts down immediately.

Has anyone solved this power or grounding issue?

Hi there,

① Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager---universal serial bus controller--USB hub---properties--power management---uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power"

② Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it  for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

Hi there,

① Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager---universal serial bus controlle ...

This method worked few days. The issue has come back today.

The system crashes whenever I connect any flash drive. I have tried the rear USB ports, the same result.

I have no idea how much they consume. Those are just regular flash drives, one of them is came with the PC itself.

if you only plug in the USB . will it work?

Please send us a picture of SN number and BIOS version to our email address .
So we would be able to know whether it is latest BIOS and send you files accordingly.
Here`s how to check your BIOS version:
