Is it possible to get the latest BIOS update and graphics drivers for this unit as it keeps crashing

Please try some solutions here : 
1. Go to the windows terminal (admin) >  type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.
   
2. Please go to BIOS advanced page >ACPI settings >  enable ACPI auto configuration.

3. Please use only one RAM inside . see if it gets better
