I noticed another message thread with a similar topic, but that conversation went private, so I can't follow that.

SER5 5700u does not recognize 2x16gb memory sticks

I want to upgrade the internal memory from 32GB -> 64GB.

Is there a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for the motherboard, or can you specify what I should buy to make this work?
Are there any requirement for a BIOS update? (I would think not, since the unit is advertised as being capable of handling 64GB already)

Also a video/manual with instructions to do this the right way would be helpful.

Thank you in advance and have a nice day!

Hello, I did and received the reply as given at the end of this message:

This is sadly not as specific as a QVL or an exact reference.

Crucial offers a system scanner at crucial.com/scan, but I am running Proxmox (Linux) on my SER 5 5700U.
They also offer an Upgrade Selector page, but Beelink is not listed there (but should be!!)

On Amazon I find the following product:
Crucial RAM 64GB Kit (2x32GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL22 (of 2933MHz of 2666MHz) Laptop Memory CT2K32G4SFD832A
ASIN: B07ZLCVKPV

Is this the right model for my SER 5 5700U ??

I will try to make the Crucial scanner work for me and will post the results here.

--- REPLY as I received

Hello and thanks for the info.

I can confirm that the memory I mentioned above works very well on my SER 5 5700U.
It has been tested for about 9 hours running Memtest86 without any errors.
My BIOS is American Megatrends version is SER5H507.
