When I started the process, the HDMI port next to the power connection did not work.
The HDMI port next to the Network Cable worked perfectly.
My computer is a MINI S 12 purchased in August 2023, Running Windows 11.
I resolved the issue by doing the following:
1 -Powered off the computer
2 -Unplugged Power
3 -Then Unplugged ALL HDMI, USB & Network cords and USB adapters (Nothing left connected to the original unit)
4 -Found Pin Hole in Lower MIDDLE Side of Computer (Hidden behind the openings/vents)
5 -Pushed in and held pin hole for 10+ seconds
6 -Left computer completely unplugged from all units for 10+ minutes
7 -Plugged in NOT THE POWER....BUT ALL HDMI, USB, Network Cable, and USB Adapters
8 -Plugged in the Power Cord
9 -Powered on the computer. and logged into Windows (Pin OR Password)
FIRST RESULT...When I started the computer back up... the HDMI port next to the power connection WORKED...but he HDMI port next to the Network Cable STOPPED Working.
Disappointed, I went to the next step:
10 -Opened the Device Manger
11 -Removed the Monitor from the Device Manager
12 -Restarted the Computer
FINAL RESULTS...When I started the computer back up... BOTH MONITORS WERE WORKING ....once I was logged into Windows.
So Far So Good!
Thank you Tech Support!!!
