Missing: Trusted Platform Module 2.0 ( for S12 )

Two S12 mini PC's:
Pictures regarding TPM are in the attachments. Including a "Device Manager" comparison from my two S12 mini PCs. One contains Security device (TPM 2.0), but this current one does not. (SN included in picture)

Hello, you can default your BIOS first to see if you can restore your TPM2.0.

Go to your BIOS page-----【Save & Exit】----- 【Restore  Defaults】--- Then press F4 to save.



If defaulting your BIOS can not solve this issue, we can update BIOS to have a try.

I already tried "BIOS/Restore Defaults".
I can't do anything about this case on my own.
The only solution I see is this:
"we can update BIOS to have a try"

On another computer with an Intel J4125 processor, I managed to save this exact same thing (TPM 2.0) with a new BIOS version. But it was a much older processor model. I believe all the more that there is a right solution for my case. Apart from this case, I consider your computers to be really successful. I just ordered another new one.
Thank you for making it possible for me to solve my problem as you suggested earlier.
