Gemini T34 Fan issues

Hello.
The fan of my gemini t34 is very noisy and slow. After a few hours of use the pc freezes and restarts. I have searched for the replacement fan, but can't find the exact model. It is a Broad fan model BF05005H05FP, does anyone know where to find it?

Please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
Please take out the fan and send us pictures of the both side of the fan.
We will check if the fan is still available.

Please try to remove the dust and clean the old fan to see if it works better.
