Hello,
I received a beelink SER7 a few days ago.
The CPU fan spins quickly and makes a lot of noise.
If I don't do anything it eventually stops. But if I run excel or youtube it blows a lot.
I have to turn the sound up. I don't play any games.

Is the bios on the latest version?

Hi,
The PC is 3 days old, I don't think it would be appropriate to start making modifications into them.
The problem seems not physically the fan, but the frequency of triggering (Software Thermal Management).

For example, I open a 2MB excel file, the processor goes from 41° to 52° and the fan blows hard for 30 seconds before going back down.

As it is, I can't keep the mini PC on my desk...

HI, Please try some solutions here :

1.You can also try Software : SpeedFan  to optimize the fan .

3.Add a small amount of nonconducting lubricant to the fan shaft :
Remove the fan and cleaned it
Apply a very small amount of nonconducting lubricant to the shaft.
and reassembled the unit.
