Upgrade RAM from 16 to 64 SER5 showing only 40

Dears i just upgraded my SER5 with 2 Modules Creucial DDR4 SODIMM , howeveer the system is showing only 40 GB Not 64 .

attached is what i got in the AMD SW

Hello there.

Please make sure your two new ram is available, you can try to use memtest to test them to see if the ram is damaged.

Firstly, you can try to clear cmos: Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Could you please send us a picture about bios version on the bios main page?
