My Beelink Ser5 Does Not Support Sleep Mode? Impossible To Enable

Hello,

I just picked up a used Beelink Ser5 5500u Mini PC which contains a free Windows 11 install. I set it up and it's running perfectly.

My problem is that there is no Sleep mode option. From the Start menu only Restart and Shutdown are available.

I've tried every power setting, registry hack and local group policy setting. I've also installed the latest AMD video card and chipset drivers. Really pulling my hair out here.


Any idea what's going on? I really need sleep mode with this mini pc. Thanks.

Click the [Start] icon on the taskbar, then select the [Power] icon and click [Sleep].
could you take a picture of your Start menu to show that?so that we can help you better.
