EQ12 Factory Reset including Windows 11 Reinstall and Key

Hello. Please send instructions to factory reset my EQ12. I installed Proxmox on it right away after purchase, but have decommissioned it from my cluster and want to go back to using this as a Windows PC. I believe I need the full Windows 11 Pro(?) image and key. Will the factory reset process also reset BIOS?
