Hello it seems the newest bios disabled smart access memory for my egpu.When I go into the bios do I leave it on auto or specified 4g??I see game optimized as a option as well try that?

Please send us a picture of SN number and BIOS version .
So we would be able to know whether it is latest BIOS .

you can Leave it in "Specified 4G" mode. This ensures that the system allocates enough memory to the eGPU to improve performance.
