Hi everyone. I'm a little late to the discussion because I had a very simple monitor. I've never had any problems with the GTR7 Pro until I decided to buy an ultrawide monitor.
The restarting started, and nothing seemed to work. Then I saw someone talking about disabling the C6. I've searched a little bit (even using DeepSeek), and ended up with the following powershell script (running as Admin):
- powercfg /setacvalueindex SCHEME_CURRENT SUB_PROCESSOR IDLEDISABLE 1
- powercfg /setactive SCHEME_CURRENT
复制代码
I ran this every time I logged in, and the rebooting stopped. I might have some other configuration (windows version, driver version, firmware version, etc) that contributed to solving the rebooting, but it has been working for me for a week already. I've noticed that the fan always stays in high speed mode, which is noticed by the noise that increases. Other than that, it is working for me!
