GT1 Ultimate

Hi all, please help (fw, tool and so on) for a GT1 Ultimate (no HDMI output, burning of more .img with USB fails with error 0x10105002) with following S/N:

G912GSFF80368 (32G)

Since the flashing with USB fails everytime, is the flashing possible also with a SD-Card? Please explain how!!!
