I have a new SER5 MAX 5800H, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD mini PC connected to a monitor by HDMI cable.
Upon starting up, the power indicator lights up and the mini PC fan starts spinning. However, the monitor does not detect any signal.
When the power cable is pulled out, wait 30s, put cable back in, and power up the mini PC, the Beelink logo is shown in the screen for about 3-5 seconds, then the screen turns black again and the HDMI signal is lost. If I press the power button to turn the mini PC off, and try to turn it back on, there is no HDMI signal at all and a black screen is shown.

The monitor works well with HDMI inputs from other HDMI devices.
This problematic mini PC did not work on other HDMI monitors.
Change to another 19V (>5A) power supply did not help.
Removing/replacing one or both of the RAM did not help.

May I know what is the resolution? If there is no resolution, can I have this unit replaced?

Taking out the RAMs, cleaning them, and replacing the RAMs solved the issue.

Do you encounter any problems while doing this? Why can't I do it?
