I would like to update the lastest BIOS and EC version for SER6 PRO.

I google the whole internet but the links are all expired, would you please send the latest to me pls?

hello, may I know what is your current bios and ec version, the latest version should be 1.15 and 1.13. you could check it and then see if you need to update it, if yes, you could just send the sn code on the bottom of the machine and your current bios' main page to our after-sales email: support-pc@bee-link.com, then we will send you the bios accordingly, sorry for that, because we could not post the bios on website, have a nice day!

but now we haven't got bios for ser 6 pro 7735 to fix the logo fail from the technical staff, so we have nothing to send you , sorry, will asked them and see when the bios will be issued, thanks for your patience.

Please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please also send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS or not.
