I seem to be having issues with the Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) 1225-V #2 in my SER6. It just refuses to work right with Teamviewer software. The unit shows up as available in a remote unit, but when you try to connect, you are told that it is not connected to the Internet or Teamviewer is not running. When this happens, the network cable connection on the SER6 blinks rapidly. When you manually wake up the computer, you can connect with no problem.
The computer came with Intel NIC driver version 1.1.4.42 installed. Windows updated the driver to 2.1.4.2, but this did not work, and I had to roll it back to 1.1.4.42. I went to your download page, and the latest driver available is 1.1.3.28. Which one should I be using? And how can I be sure that I have the latest firmware for the card?
