SER PC good for video encoding

Hi to all!

I already have a SER (5500U) pc, but may be I will need another one.
If I got a second I will need more powerful proccessor because sometimes I encode 4k or/and 1080p videos, small and big. Usually the source is x264/x265 with framerate up to 100MB/s, 8 or 10 bits. As software I probably will use Linux Mint and Handbrake.

So can someone give me advice which model can handle this need?
