SER6 Max 6900HX Rear Audio Problem

Hello, i bought a SER6 Max 6900HX, amazing machine but i have a problen with the rear audio jack 3.5mm conector

when i connect my speakers in the front audio jack 3.5mm works perfectly. however when i use the rear audio jack 3.5mm it only work the left speaker..
i try with other same Mini Pc from a friend and he has the same problem..
does anybody has the same problem?
the problem its only for the rear audio jack 3.5.
the audio in hdmi works perfectly

Hello there,
you can try the following methods:
1.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, then turn on the PC after 10 minutes
2.Please right click window--click “”setting“---Sound----more sound setting --click "playback"--right click speaker---properties--controller information ---properties---update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the  playback setting.
