SER 5 5500U Reboot at random time

Ser 5 5500U restarts just like that at random time. And when the computer is not loaded. Used in the store
We tried to do the CPU-Z stress test, it does not reboot during the test

Hi,

I have two units of SER5 5500U and suffer the same that is happening to you. How I solved this? reading a lot of cases in this forum months ago. The real problem is the PSU, it cant handle all the needs of the 5500U.

One electronic engineer recommended XITAIAN 19V 4.74A 90W PSU that you can find at AMAZON. Im using two of them and all the problems were solved.
