An advice to everyone. I purchased a Beelink GTR PRO, a really high price. The product presented a classic problem, where it was not possible to use more than one monitor nor less than one RAM memory slot. I contacted Beelink who made it possible to receive the product. I paid almost the entire shipping cost for the product. They received it and sent me a new one. It turns out that at the parents' entrance the product was blocked and valued at more than 2000 dollars. Beelink said it will not bear this cost. Honestly, I strongly recommend other brands that take what they do more seriously and have responsibility towards their consumers. Treating the consumer with disregard in this way speaks volumes about the brand and makes them expect the product. In the end, I had a loss of close to 3 thousand dollars. With purchase and shipping of the product and be left with nothing.
I hope that Beelink assumes that it is unable to work with this, as it is not enough to develop a product. It must be minimally tested and there must be a minimally functional after-sales service. I also hope that they don't delete this message, so that other consumers can see what I've been going through for more than 6 months and the damage I've had. |
